As an instructional designer, I created global onboarding training programs that improved employee performance, reduced time to competency and resulted in higher satisfaction scores. I value problem-based learning, ongoing improvement and learning products that are not measured by time or attendance, but by the practical results.
As a UX Designer, my strengths are needs analysis, user research, rapid prototyping, and usability testing, honed through creating effective digital learning products. In addition, my experience in B2B e-learning design and development deepened my appreciation of usability, accessibility, and UI design.
With my passion for helping people learn and grow, I’m looking forward to applying my skills as a UX/LX Designer!
